I created a new product, why can't I see it on my menu?

Creating a product and adding it to your menu are two separate steps.

If you've created a product but you can't see it on your menu, it's most likely because it hasn't been added to the menu itself.

  1. On the backend, go to iPad Menu > POS Menu

  2. Go into your menu's details. If you have more than one menu, make sure that you are going into the most up-to-date one.

3. Ensure that you have added your product to a new menu tile
4. Click Publish

5. On your iPad, perform a Master Sync
