Creating a product and adding it to your menu are two separate steps.
If you've created a product but you can't see it on your menu, it's most likely because it hasn't been added to the menu itself.
- On the backend, go to iPad Menu > POS Menu
- Go into your menu's details. If you have more than one menu, make sure that you are going into the most up-to-date one.

5. On your iPad, perform a Master Sync
