If a customer calls to cancel their online order:

  1. Go to Order History
  2. Swipe left on the order and tap Refund

3. Select the items to be cancelled, and tap Online Payment

4. If you have a DoorDash delivery integration and the whole order is refunded, then the request for a DoorDash Driver will be cancelled.

IMPORTANT: partial refunds will still display the whole order on the Online Orders page. When you expand the order, you will see the refund reason underneath the status to indicate that some items have been refunded, and you will need to go to the Order History page to see exactly which items were refunded.
