When a customer places a request for an online reservation, they must tick a checkbox to agree to pre-made Terms and Conditions.

You can:

  • Edit the Terms & Conditions Shown

  • Add Reservation Instructions

  • Add Reservation Notes

  1. On the backend, go to Reservations > Reservation Configuration

  2. Scroll down to Reservation Instructions, Reservation Notes, and Terms and Conditions

  3. Enter your desired text

  4. Save.

The text will update on the online reservations page automatically (you may need to refresh the webpage to see these changes).
