Follow the links below to download the Pocket BI app:

Log In

Enter your backend credentials to log in to the Pocket BI app.

Choose a Site

  1. View site list by All Sites, State Groups, Company Groups

  2. Search by site name

  3. Filter by category

  4. Change date

  5. Previous week's sales comparison

Dashboard

View site data

  1. View site data by Day, Week or Month

  2. Total Sales

  3. Transactions

  4. Avg. Sales P/T

  5. Change date

  6. View Prev day

  7. View Next day

  8. Refresh page

  9. Previous day/week/month's sales comparison

Change site

Tap the store name at the top of the screen to return to the Choose a site page.

Products

The Products page lists all the products for the selected store. The store can be changed at the top of the screen.

Use the search bar to search for products by product name.

Reservations

The Reservations page lists all reservations Awaiting Approval or Confirmed.

To confirm or reject a reservation:

  1. Go to Awaiting Approval and tap the reservation request.

2. Tap Confirm or Reject.

3. If the reservation is confirmed, it will appear in the Confirmed column and the customer will receive an email letting them know their reservation has been confirmed.

If the reservation is rejected, the customer will receive an email letting them know that the reservation is unavailable.

Reports

There are three available reports for Pocket BI:

  • Sales Activity

  • Top Selling Products

  • Tender Report

Sales Activity

  1. View sales by Day, Week or Month

  2. Total Sales

  3. Number of Transactions

  4. Change date

  5. View Prev day

  6. View Next day

  7. Change site

  8. Previous day/week/month's sales comparison

Top Selling Products

  1. View by Day, Week or Month

  2. Total Sales

  3. Search by product

  4. Change date

  5. View Prev day

  6. View Next day

  7. Change site

Tender Report

  1. View by Day, Week or Month

  2. Percentage of sales attributed to each tender type

  3. Pie graph illustrating percentage of sales attributed to each tender type

  4. Dollar value attributed to each tender type

  5. Change date

  6. View Prev day

  7. View Next day

  8. Change site
