You can exclude a category of products from a surcharge on the POS, Online Ordering and Mobile App (iOS and Android).
To do so:
Go to Sales > Surcharge.
2. Under the General tab, click New Item or edit an existing surcharge by clicking the pencil icon.
3. Enter the surcharge details. Select the Exclude Category and click Save.
The selected category will be excluded from the surcharge on POS, Online Ordering and Mobile App (Android).
