The Delete Reason list that appears on the POS and KDS when an item or an order is deleted can be customised.
This article will show you how to edit the default delete reasons and add new ones.

The delete reason list can be viewed and customised on the backend in the POS Settings > Delete Reasons page.
Default delete reasons
There are three default delete reasons:
Customer Change of Mind
These can be removed by clicking the x on the respective reason.
Add a new delete reason
To add a new delete reason:
Click Add New Reason.
2. Enter the Reason. This will appear on the POS and KDS.
3. Perform a Master Sync on the POS.
