Tags can be used to organise and segment your staff members. This is not essential to use the rostering module, however it can be useful when you wish to filter your list of employees, e.g. matching your staff to the most convenient locations (“East” or “Coburg”) or for skills (“Speaks Chinese”). 

Creating a Tag

  1. Click Add New Tag at the top of the page.

2. Fill in the name of the tag and then press enter to save it.  Now you will be able to apply it to all relevant staff members on the Staff page.

Editing tags

  1. Click on the name of the tag and write the new name 
  2. Press enter to save the new name

Deleting tags

To delete a tag, click the × icon to the very right of the tag.
