Viewing your sales summary

To view the sales summary, login to the backend (URL: app.abacus.co) and you will arrive at your Dashboard. The Dashboard page displays lots of useful figures (such as sales, transactions, etc.) as well as a graph of sales and temperature against time.

Scroll down the page to find the weather forecast, your top five selling products, and a breakdown of the tender type used by customers.

You can view the sales summary by day, week or month by clicking the tabs at the top.

Viewing the sales activity report

To view the sales activity report, go to Reports > Sale Activity. The Sales Activity page displays a graph of the sales against time.

Scroll down to see the the list of sales by time. You can click on a listing to view all the invoices for that time. In the invoice view, click on an invoice time to view the invoice's details.

You can view the sales activity by day, week or month by clicking the tabs at the top.

You can export the report as a csv file by clicking Export at the top.

Viewing the top selling products report

To view your top selling products, go to Reports > Top Selling Products. The Top Selling Products page lists your products in order of quantity sold. You can order them by sales instead by selecting sales in the Order By dropdown list.

Click on the arrow button (^) to the left of a product to see the quantity and sales per site.

You can select the date range for the product list by using the date pickers for Created From and To.

You can export the report as a csv file by clicking Export to CSV at the top.

Viewing the sales by category report

To view the sales by category report, go to Reports > Sales By Category. The Sales By Category page displays a breakdown of the sales for each category.

Scroll down to see the list of categories in order of quantity of items ordered. You can click on a category name to see the quantity and sales per item.

You can view the sales by category by day, week or month by clicking the tabs at the top.

You can export the report as a csv or pdf file by clicking Export to CSV or Export to PDF at the top.
