If you need to print separate dockets for different items in one order (e.g., two coffees and a muffin), you can achieve this by creating multiple printer locations for a single printer.
Steps to Set Up Multiple Printer Locations:
In the Abacus back end (app.abacus.co), go to Printer Locations
Click New Printer Location to create as many printer locations as needed. Products with the same printer location will be printed on the same doc
Assign your printer locations to their respective products (refer to Printer Locationsfor product assignment).
4. On the Abacus front end (iPad app), sync your Receipt Templates.
5. Go to Printer Settings and check both of the Printer Locations created in the previous steps.
Now, when someone orders products from different printer locations, such as coffees and a muffin, they will be printed on separate dockets.
