1. If you ever have issues with taking payments, please contact our support team. You may also need to get in touch with your bank or payment provider.

  2. In the event that there is an issue with your payment integration, you can switch off the integration and enter your card payments manually. Go to Settings > Payment and toggle off Custom Payments

  3. Following the instructions of your payment provider, put your device into standalone mode. (See also Westpac VX690, Tyro.)

  4. Continue to take card payments separately on the POS and in your payment device.
