How to set up membership levels

Create membership levels, choose the default level and colours.

Quick answer: In Nomni Console, open Membership . Click New Membership Level , enter the name and details, and save. Then follow the steps below.

Membership levels let you group customers, for example Silver and Gold, and give each level different pricing or rewards.

Before you start

  • Nomni Console in a web browser, logged in as an owner or admin.

Steps

  1. In Nomni Console, open Membership.

  2. Click New Membership Level, enter the name and details, and save.

  3. To set a colour, enter a hex code such as #3F51B5.

  4. Click Settings and choose the Default Membership Level. New customers get this level when they register.

  5. To give a level special prices, see Special pricing and set the Membership Level there.

If something goes wrong

  • "Enter a valid hex colour": use # followed by 6 characters, for example #3F51B5.
