How to Access Live Chat Support

Try these steps first

Before contacting support, these steps resolve most common issues without needing to wait for an agent:

  1. Restart the POS app and the affected device.

  2. Check your internet connection — ensure the device is on the correct Wi-Fi network.

  3. For printer issues: verify the printer appears with a green tick in your Printer List and the toggle is on (blue).

  4. For sync issues: go to Settings in your Abacus Backend and run a Master Sync.

  5. For login or access issues: try a password reset from the login screen.

The easiest way to reach Live Chat is through the Abacus Backend:

  1. Once you're in, look for the Messenger button located at the bottom right corner of the screen.

  2. Click the button to start a live conversation with our support team.

    This will allow us to see which store you're contacting us about and provide us with direct access to your stores settings.

    Alternatively To access Live Chat Support from the Help Center, simply click the Messenger icon located at the bottom-right corner of your screen.


Once it opens, select "Send us a message" and follow the prompts. One of our friendly support agents will be with you shortly to assist.
