Use these Nomni Console reports to see what sold and how fast the kitchen made it. All of them are under Reports in Nomni Console and follow your trading day (Start Trading Time).
Sales by Category
Shows sales for each category, and the products inside it when you drill down.
Refunds are subtracted, both in the category total and in the product lines, so they add up.
Product Variant report
Shows sales for each variant, for example sizes or milk types.
The breakdown and the export add up to the variant total. Refunded and invalid lines are left out.
Preparation Time report
Shows the average preparation time for each product.
Set expected preparation times on your products so you can compare.
Exporting
Use the export button on the report. Exports use the same filters as the screen, so check the dates and store before exporting.
