What this is for
The preparation sheet estimates how much of each item to prepare for the coming days, based on past sales and stock on hand, grouped by station.
Before you start
You're signed in to the Nomni Console at app.abacus.co with a login that can see this page. If it's missing from your menu, ask your account owner to check your role.
How to use it
In the top bar click POS, then in the left menu go to Reports > Preparation Sheet.
Choose Select Date Range (Tomorrow, Next 2 Days, Next 3 Days, Next 7 Days or custom From / To).
Filter by Product Name, Product Code, Product Category or Product Tags. Use Variance Comparison and Variance Value to show only items above or below a level.
The sheet shows Station, average quantity sold, stock quantity, Estimated Stock, Available Quantity and Variance. Click Export.
Tips
Assign products to stations so the sheet splits by station.
Common problems
"Please select a valid date range."
The end date must be after the start date.
