Before you start

  • Sign in to Nomni Supply (the supplier side of Nomni Procure) at supplier.zeemart.co.

  1. Click Payments in the left menu. The top shows payments received this week and this month.

Click Payments in the left menu
  2. Each transaction shows the customer, the transaction amount, the amount to receive after the supplier transaction fee (a percentage set on your payment settings) is taken off, and the status, such as PAID or FAILED. Search by transaction date or click Export.

    click Export
  3. The Payment plans tab lists plans with the latest bill, due date and status.

Nomni Procure supplier Payments page with the Payment plans tab highlighted

Common problems

  • A payment shows as FAILED.

The customer's card payment didn't go through. Ask them to pay again, or follow up on the invoice.

A customer paid twice, or a payment was reversed

Nomni Supply (the supplier side of Nomni Procure) does not have a refund or reversal button. Payments from customers show as Paid or as failed.

  1. Click Payments and find both transactions. Note each Transaction #, the date and the amount.

  2. Don't mark the invoice paid again or create a credit note yet.

  3. Contact Nomni Support with the transaction numbers, the customer and the invoice number. We'll check the payment and tell you what happens next.

If a customer tells you their bank reversed a payment, send us the same details. Until we confirm, treat the invoice as unpaid.
