Quick answer: The 1st generation Table Ordering app can show English, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. In the Menu Design page on Nomni Console, add translations for tab names, menu buttons and product names, then save. Dockets still print in the original language. Then follow the steps below.

The Nomni POS Table Ordering app can be used in English, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese.
You can add multiple languages to your products so customers using the app in Chinese, for example, will see the product names and descriptions in Chinese.
Note: the docket will still print out in its original language (i.e. English, if your original product names are in English).
You'll need to change it in three places:
Tabs
Menu button
Individual product page
Set the Tab Translation
In your Menu Design Page on Nomni Console, click Tab Configuration
Select the language you want to create alternative tab names for
Enter your alternative tab names in the chosen language
Save
This is the part that you are changing:
Set the Menu Button Translation
In your Menu Design Page on Nomni Console, click the pencil button to edit a product
Select the language you want to create an "alternative label" for.
Enter your alternative label in the chosen language
Save
Set the Product Name Translation
Go to Products > Products Nomni Console page , Edit your Products and go to Advanced
Scroll down to Multilingual, and click Add New Property
Select a language
Enter the product name in that language
(OPTIONAL) You may also add a short description to appear in the Table Ordering app. A full description can be uploaded for the POS.
Save

Press the top right corner of the Table Ordering app to access its settings
Press English
Select the languages that you want to be available for your customers
The languages you select will appear in the top half of the popup window as language options.
Press outside of the window to close it, and press the top right corner to exit the settings

The menu tabs, menu buttons, and products will be changed according to the alternative names you have set up.
