If you're seeing the "Hold" button instead of "Send", it means your POS is configured not to print order dockets.
Steps to Enable Order Docket Printing:
Go to Settings in the Abacus POS system.
Enable C3. PRINT ORDER DOCKET UPON HOLD ORDER.
Once this setting is activated, the "Hold" button will change to a "Send" button, allowing your orders to print dockets automatically.
