Minimum order value (MOV)

How to check if an order meets the supplier's minimum order value?

Written by Jocelyn Tan

Quick answer: If an order is under a supplier's minimum order value (MOV), you'll either be blocked from placing it ("Supplier requires min. order of $XX") or a delivery fee will be added, depending on the supplier's policy. The message appears at the bottom of the order details page.

Applicable to: iOS, Android

The Minimum order value (MOV) is based on the supplier’s policy:

  • If the supplier does not allow orders below minimum order: You will NOT be able to place the order. “Supplier requires min. order of $XX” message will be displayed at the bottom of the order details page.

  • If the supplier adds a delivery fee for orders below minimum order: A delivery fee will be added to the order and you can still place the order. The “Delivery fee for orders below $XX.XX” message will appear next to the delivery fee at the bottom of the order details page.
