Required Cables
Power Cable – Connects the printer to a power source.
Ethernet Cable – Connects the printer to your internet router or switch for network access.
Printer is Printing Blank Dockets?
Ensure you're using 80mm receipt rolls for printing.
Check to make sure your roll is loaded in the correct direction:
Open the latch on the top right of the printer.
Check the roll inside to make sure the paper is feeding from the bottom up.
Pull a small portion of the paper through before closing the lid.
You may also need to clean your Printer head (the black roller on the top of your printer hatch when you open it.
a. Open the latch and inspect it for dust or jammed paper.
b. Clean it with a cotton tip with isopropyl alcohol on it.
If the above hasn't worked reach out to support, so they can review your Printer template to ensure it has been structured correctly.
Cash Drawer not opening?
If you're having issues with your cash drawer, you'll need to check to make sure your RJ12 cable (a smaller connector on one end, similar to an ethernet cable) is connected to your printer securely.
Ensure your Printer in the Printer list has Print Receipt / Bill ticked.
