Use this guide when Uber Eats or DoorDash orders are rejected, or don't arrive on Nomni POS.

Quick checks

  1. Check the Master POS is on, logged in and connected to the internet.

  2. Check your store is open in the delivery app and your opening hours in Nomni Console are correct.

  3. Update Nomni POS from the App Store.

  4. On the Master POS, open Settings > Sync and tap MASTER SYNC.

Check the delivery menu is synced

Items that aren't on the synced delivery menu can cause rejected orders. Follow "How to sync your delivery menu", then place a test order.

What you should see: new orders appear on Nomni POS and print to the kitchen.

Make menu changes in Nomni, not the delivery app

Once Uber Eats or DoorDash is connected, Nomni sends your menu to them. Change items and prices in Nomni Console and sync. Changes made only in the delivery app's portal can be overwritten.

If something goes wrong

Contact us with the store name, the delivery app, the order number and the time. We will check why it was rejected.
