What this is for
A sellable voucher is a product that customers buy, such as a "2 coffees" card or a set-menu voucher. You set when it can be sold, how long it can be redeemed for, and how many can be sold.
Before you start
The voucher product exists in your POS menu.
You're signed in to the Nomni Console at app.abacus.co with a login that can see this page. If it's missing from your menu, ask your account owner to check your role.
Set up a sellable voucher
In the top bar click POS, then go to Products > Sellable Voucher.
Pick the Product.
Set Start Selling Date and End Selling Date.
Choose the Redemption Type: Set End Redemption Date (fixed Start Redemption Date and End Redemption Date) or Set Validity Days (a number of Validity Days from purchase; the Calculated End Redemption Date shows the result).
Optionally set a Total Purchase Cap (leave empty for unlimited), add a Product Image and a Short Description.
Click Save. You'll see "Successfully saved configuration".
Tips
Images must be under 500 KB.
Common problems
"Please fix the date validation errors."
End dates must be after start dates.
"Please select a product."
Pick the product before saving.
