What this is for
A printer location is where a docket prints, such as Kitchen or Bar. A printer location set is a saved combination for each product. With up to 10 sets you can make the same menu print differently at different sites, then choose which set each site uses.
Before you start
Printer locations are set up on the POS.
You're signed in to the Nomni Console at app.abacus.co with a login that can see this page. If it's missing from your menu, ask your account owner to check your role.
Set where products print
In the top bar click POS, then in the left menu go to Product > PrinterLocationSets.
Filter by Product Name, Product Code, Product Category or Product Status.
The grid shows each product's HQ Default and Set 1 to Set 10. To change many at once, tick the products, choose Printer Locations and click Bulk Apply (or Remove / Clear).
Use Export and Import to edit sets in a spreadsheet.
Choose which set each site uses
In the top bar click POS, then in the left menu go to Company > PrinterLocationSetAllocation.
For each Site, pick the Printer Location Set.
Tips
Use HQ Default for most sites and only create extra sets for sites with a different kitchen layout.
Sync the POS after changing sets.
