See how much you charged for delivery and how sales split between pickup and delivery.
Before you start
You're signed in to the Nomni Console at app.abacus.co with a login that can see this page. If it's missing from your menu, ask your account owner to check your role.
How to use it
In the top bar click BI, then in the left menu go to Sales > Freight.
Pick the period. Types of Delivery lists each Freight Type with its Charge, Sale and % of Sale. Pickup vs Delivery compares the two.
Tips
If delivery charges are a large share of delivery sales, review your delivery fees in Online Store Configuration.
Common problems
The report is empty
Check the date range and store filters, and that your POS has synced recently.
