What this is for
See what each customer bought, filtered by where they live and what they bought. Useful for finding your top customers or everyone who bought a product.
Before you start
You're signed in to the Nomni Console at app.abacus.co with a login that can see this page. If it's missing from your menu, ask your account owner to check your role.
How to use it
In the top bar click POS, then in the left menu go to Reports > Customer Sales.
Set Created From and To, and filter by Customer, Product Name, Order Type, Product Category, Product Tags, Group, or Customer Location (Country, State, Postcode, Suburb).
Choose Customer Sales Report or Variant Sales Report. Click Export or Export to PDF.
Tips
Only sales with a customer attached appear here.
This page shows customer personal information. Only give access to staff who need it, and don't share exports outside your business.
Common problems
The report is empty
Check the date range and store filters, and that your POS has synced recently.
