Daily, W/M/Y and Advanced reporting dashboards

What each reporting dashboard shows in the Nomni Ordering console

Quick answer: In the Nomni Ordering console, Reporting has three dashboards: Daily Dashboard (today's sales, averages and sales per hour), W/M/Y Dashboard (this and last week, month and year) and Advanced (pick a ready-made report, click Load Report and Export).

This guide is for the Nomni Ordering console. Your console address ends in /console, for example yourstore.orderup.com.au/console. It is not the Nomni POS online store.

Daily Dashboard

  1. Go to Reporting > Daily Dashboard.

  2. Read SALES, DAILY AVERAGE and 7 DAY AVERAGE.

  3. Scroll for Items Sold by Reporting Categories, sales per hour compared with the same day last week, and the top 5 products.

W/M/Y Dashboard

  1. Go to Reporting > W/M/Y Dashboard.

  2. Compare This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, This Year and Last Year (sales and average order).

  3. Use Show Stats to refresh, and scroll for sales by hour and day of week, top 5 products by day of week and location sales by day of week.

Advanced reports

  1. Go to Reporting > Advanced.

  2. In Select Advanced Report choose one of: Sales by Day for the last 3 months, Daily Revenue, Weekly Revenue, Monthly Revenue, Sales by Room, Highest Selling Products or Lowest Selling Products.

  3. Click Load Report. Use Change Dates to change the date range.

  4. Click Export to download it, or Email Report to send it by email. The Tabular Data table and the Graph show the figures.

Tip Report

  1. Go to Reporting > Tip Report.

  2. Choose the date range and select Show Report. The totals show orders, pickups, deliveries, dine in, room service, sub total, discounts and tips.

  3. The table lists each order with Order Date, Preorder, Customer, Suburb, Sub Total, Discounts, Surcharges, Tip, Order Total, Method, Payment, Printed and View.

  4. To email the Orders With Tips report, select Export Report. You'll be asked for a one-time code sent to your email.

If something goes wrong

  • You can't see Reporting: you need reporting permission, and the Daily, W/M/Y and Advanced dashboards also need advanced reporting permission. Ask your account admin.

  • Everything shows $0.00: check the store selected in the location selector and the date range.

  • Top products show the wrong group: items are grouped by the Reporting Category on each category or product. See "Category Reporting".
