Quick answer: Go to Print Settings > Printing Templates . Click the pencil icon on the Invoice Receipt template. Then follow the steps below.

Print a QR code on your receipts that customers can easily scan to access a web page.

Some example of web pages you might want to link to a QR code are:

  • Online store when you are running a promotion.

  • Your latest offers and events.

  • Loyalty signup.

  • Feedback forms.

  • Online ordering systems.

To add a QR code to your receipts:

On Nomni Console

  1. Go to Print Settings > Printing Templates.

  2. Click the pencil icon on the Invoice Receipt template.

  3. Insert the [qrcode(content:xxx)] placeholder into the template, replacing the ‘xxx’ with the URL. Click Save. For example, if your target URL is https://example.com, the placeholder would look like this: [qrcode(content:https://example.com)].

On the POS

  1. Perform a Master Sync: Go to Settings > Sync and tap SYNC on MASTER SYNC.

  2. Sync Receipt Templates: Tap SYNC on SYNC RECEIPT TEMPLATES FROM BACKEND.
