Quick answer: An order's status shows where it is, from DRAFT through PENDING APPROVAL and PLACED to INVOICED, or REJECTED or CANCELLED. Each status is explained below. On a computer, find orders by status in Orders with Filter.

Applicable to: iOS, Android

To find orders by status in Nomni Procure on a computer, go to Orders, click Filter, and choose Cancelled or Rejected (including orders rejected automatically).

An order may display one of the following statuses at any time:

  • DRAFT - The order has not been placed and is still editable. Note: Drafts are only visible to order creator.

  • PROCESSING - The order is currently being processed by Nomni Procure. This is a temporary status that appears while order is being sent to supplier or approver. You will receive a notification if the status has changed from Processing to Placed.

  • PENDING APPROVAL - The order has been sent to the approver. Please wait for approver to respond.

  • NEEDS YOUR APPROVAL - The order requires your response. Please approve or reject the order.

  • APPROVING or REJECTING - Your response to the approval request is currently being processed by Nomni Procure. This is a temporary status that should appear only briefly. Order creator will receive a notification if the status has changed to Placed or Rejected.

  • REJECTED - The order has been rejected by the approver.

  • PLACED - The order has been placed with the supplier.

  • INVOICED - The order has been linked to an invoice.

  • CANCELLING – Order cancellation is currently being processed by Nomni Procure. This is a temporary status that should appear only briefly.

  • CANCELLED - The order has been cancelled by buyer.
