Tagging contacts can help to designate particular campaigns to specific customers, e.g. VIP customers, prospective customers, etc.
If you have Abacus Email & SMS Campaigns, and your customers are synced, your tags will automatically sync between your Abacus backend and Abacus Campaigns.
Create a Tag
In the Abacus backend, go to Loyalty Marketing > Customer Tags > Add New Tag, and insert the name of your tag
Apply a Tag to a Customer
Go to your Customer Database and click the pencil button next to a customer.
Under Tags, insert the name of the desired tag
Click Save
The contact will automatically be updated in Abacus Campaigns with the tag.
