Nomni Ordering currently supports a fixed (flat) delivery fee for all orders. However, many restaurants have requested more flexible options—specifically, the ability to charge different delivery fees based on the order total. This new feature meets that need by allowing tiered delivery fees.
With this feature, restaurants can:
Define multiple order value ranges
Assign a specific delivery fee to each range
Offer free delivery for orders above a chosen threshold
Example Setup
Here’s an example of how tiered delivery fees can be set:
Orders below $50: Delivery fee is $9
Orders between $50 and $80: Delivery fee is $5
Orders above $80: Free delivery
How to Set It Up
Follow these steps to configure tiered delivery fees in your Nomni POS backend:
Go to the Nomni POS backend:
👉 app.abacus.coNavigate to:
POS > Online Ordering > ConfigurationScroll down to the Delivery Fees section.
Choose Option 1, 2, or 3 depends on your preferrence
Enable the checkbox for ‘Add Multiple Fee Limits’
Click Add New Delivery Fee
For each fee tier:
Click Save Changes
Repeat steps 6-8 to add more tiers as needed

How it works:
Orders between $0 and $50 → $9 delivery fee
Orders between $50 and $80 → $5 delivery fee
