Tiered Delivery Fee's in Nomni Ordering

Written by Kevin Cheav

Nomni Ordering currently supports a fixed (flat) delivery fee for all orders. However, many restaurants have requested more flexible options—specifically, the ability to charge different delivery fees based on the order total. This new feature meets that need by allowing tiered delivery fees.

With this feature, restaurants can:

  • Define multiple order value ranges

  • Assign a specific delivery fee to each range

  • Offer free delivery for orders above a chosen threshold

Example Setup

Here’s an example of how tiered delivery fees can be set:

  • Orders below $50: Delivery fee is $9

  • Orders between $50 and $80: Delivery fee is $5

  • Orders above $80: Free delivery

How to Set It Up
