A Glory cash recycler takes the customer's cash and gives change automatically. Nomni installs the machine. Staff connect it and take payments.
Before you start
Who: A manager connects it. Any staff member can take payments.
Device: Nomni POS on Android with a Glory cash recycler on the same network.
Permissions and settings: The machine's IP address, from your installer.
Connect the cash recycler
In Nomni POS, open the Glory settings and tap Open Settings.
Enter the Cash Machine IP:.
Tap Connect.
Tap Close Settings.
Take a cash payment
Build the order and choose cash.
You see Payment in progress. The customer puts cash into the machine.
Watch Deposited: against Sales Total:.
The machine gives change. You see Dispensing:, then the sale completes.
If something goes wrong
The Cash Recycler is disconnected: wait for it to reconnect. If it doesn't, check the machine is on, then reconnect in settings.
The Cash Recycler is used by another POS: wait for the other till to finish, then try again.
Payment timeout: start the payment again.
Cash Recycler error, paid in cash will be reverted: the machine returns the cash. Try again or take cash by hand.
