Quick answer: Email support@nomni.ai from the current owner or Super Admin email, if you can. Say what needs to change: owner, Super Admin email, contact details or bank account. Then follow the steps below.

This article is for account owners and Super Admins. Use it if you sold the business, a new person is taking over, or you need to change the Super Admin email or bank account.

Why this goes through Nomni Support

These changes affect who controls the account and where money is paid, so we check them before making them.

Selling your venue? Follow Selling your venue: change of ownership with Nomni. The current owner or Super Admin must confirm the change by email, and billing moves to the new owner once they sign the agreement.

How to ask for the change

  1. Email support@nomni.ai from the current owner or Super Admin email, if you can.

  2. Say what needs to change: owner, Super Admin email, contact details or bank account.

  3. Include the business name, each venue affected and the new details.

  4. Reply to any checks we send you.

What you should see: a confirmation from Nomni Support once the change is made.

Removing a staff member's access

You can do this yourself. In Nomni Console, open the user list, tap the pencil icon next to the person and tap Archive. They can no longer log in to your store.

If the old owner can't be reached

Tell us in your email. We will explain what we need from you.

Need help?

Email support@nomni.ai or message us from the chat in Nomni Console. Tell us your venue name, the device and what you have already tried. For invoices and billing, also email ar@nomni.ai.
