Quick answer: Log in to Nomni Console. Go to Users . Then follow the steps below.

When someone leaves, archive their user so they can no longer log in to your store.

Before you start

  • Device: Nomni Console (back end) in a web browser.

  • You need to be an admin or the account owner.

Archive a user

  1. Log in to Nomni Console.

  2. Go to Users.

  3. Click the pencil icon next to the person.

  4. Click Archive.

What you should see: the user is archived and can no longer access your store.

Restore a user

  1. Open the archived user.

  2. Click Restore.

  1. Email support@nomni.ai from the current owner or Super Admin email, if you can.

  2. Say what needs to change: owner, Super Admin email, contact details or bank account.

  3. Include the business name, each venue affected and the new details.

  4. Reply to any checks we send you.

  • "Cannot perform the archive action." You may be trying to archive the account owner. Message Nomni Support.

Email support@nomni.ai or message us from the chat in Nomni Console. Tell us your venue name, the device and what you have already tried.
