If you are always closed on a day (for example Mondays), remove that day from your online opening hours. Then customers can't order even if you forget to close the store on the iPad.
Before you start
Device: Nomni Console (back end) in a web browser.
Remove a closed day
Log in to Nomni Console.
Go to Online Ordering > Opening Hours.
Untick the day you are closed. Only tick the days you are open, even if hours are filled in.
Click Save.
Open your online store and check that day shows as closed.
What you should see: your online store doesn't take orders on that day.
If something goes wrong
An order came in while you were closed: message Nomni Support with the customer name, amount and the last 4 digits of the card, and we will help with the refund.
