Only online payments taken through Nomni (Stripe) are paid into your bank by Nomni. Card payments on your EFTPOS terminal are paid by your bank or terminal provider. Cash, gift cards and credit accounts never go through Nomni.
Check your online payouts
Log in to Nomni Console and open Online Ordering.
Click the Stripe Settlement tab.
Pick the date and click Search, or Export to download.
Match each payout to the deposit in your bank account. Each payout covers a batch of orders, minus fees.
What you should see: each Stripe payout matching a single bank deposit.
Check terminal card payments
Run the Tender Report for the day.
Compare the card total with your terminal provider's settlement report.
If something goes wrong
"No items to display": there were no payouts for that date. Try the next day, because payouts arrive the day after orders.
