Hotels can offer Room Service as an order type on the online store, with its own name.
Before you start
Nomni Console in a web browser, logged in as an owner or admin.
Steps
Open your online store's store settings in Nomni Console.
Tick Room Service.
(Optional) In Room Service Text (optional), enter the name customers should see, for example "In-room dining".
Save.
To set its hours, ASAP or pre-order options, use the per-order-type settings on the same page.
If something goes wrong
Room Service doesn't appear: check the store is open for that order type now, and refresh the online store.
