What this is for
The Discount report shows discounts and coupons applied to orders, so you can see how much each promotion costs you.
Before you start
Your login can see the BI module.
You're signed in to the Nomni Console at app.abacus.co with a login that can see this page. If it's missing from your menu, ask your account owner to check your role.
Run the report
In the top bar click BI, then choose Discount in the left menu.
Pick the date range at the top of the page. Filter with Search By User, Invoice Discount Reason, Item Discount Reason, Coupon Name, Product, Product Category, Product Tags, Group or Invoice Number.
The chart and table show Time, Amount, GST, Discount and No. of Orders.
Click Export and choose an option to download the data.
Tips
Set up discount reasons so the report shows why each discount was given.
Common problems
The report is empty
Check the date range and the Group filter, and that your POS has synced.
