What this is for
The Voids report shows items that were removed from orders before payment, by time of day, so you can spot unusual voiding.
Before you start
Your login can see the BI module.
You're signed in to the Nomni Console at app.abacus.co with a login that can see this page. If it's missing from your menu, ask your account owner to check your role.
Run the report
In the top bar click BI, then choose Voids in the left menu.
Pick the date range at the top of the page. Use Group to choose which stores to include.
The chart and table show Time, Amount, GST, Discount and No. of Orders.
Click Export and choose an option to download the data.
Tips
A high void count for one staff member or time of day is worth checking.
Common problems
The report is empty
Check the date range and the Group filter, and that your POS has synced.
