What this is for
The Tips report shows the tips customers added, by time of day and date, so you can share them out.
Before you start
Your login can see the BI module.
You're signed in to the Nomni Console at app.abacus.co with a login that can see this page. If it's missing from your menu, ask your account owner to check your role.
Run the report
In the top bar click BI, then choose Tips in the left menu.
Pick the date range at the top of the page. Use Group and Search By User to see tips for certain stores or staff.
The chart and table show Time, Amount, GST, Tips and No. of Orders.
Click Export and choose an option to download the data.
Tips
Filter by staff with Search By User before you export for payroll.
Common problems
The report is empty
Check the date range and the Group filter, and that your POS has synced.
