Quick answer: Click Invite People in the left menu (or Invite people in your account menu), enter their email, click Check email, tick the brands they can edit and click Send invitation. They get an email to accept the invite.
These steps are for merchants using Nomni App and Studio. Some screens and the web address (app.nomnie.com) still show the old name "Nomnie" (Nomni App and Studio). Only people with full (root) access to a brand can invite others.
Invite someone
Sign in to Nomni App and Studio at app.nomnie.com.
Click Invite People in the left menu. You can also open your account menu (your name, top left) and click Invite people.
In Invite people, enter their Email address and click Check email.
On Just a few extra details..., enter their First name and Last name. If they already have an account, their name is filled in for you.
Under Grant full access to edit..., tick each brand they should be able to edit. Use Search for brands... to find one, or tick Select all.
Click Send invitation.
What you should see: Invite sent! Click Invite another to add someone else, or Close.
What the person you invited does
Open the invitation email from Nomni App and Studio.
Click the link in the email.
If they are new, set a password. If they already have an account, sign in.
What you should see: The brands you ticked appear in their left menu under Your pages.
Common problems
I can’t see Invite People. Only people with full access to a brand can invite. Ask the account owner, or contact us.
Please select at least one brand. Tick at least one brand before you click Send invitation.
The invite email didn’t arrive. Ask them to check spam, then send the invite again.
