Quick answer: The Windows self-ordering kiosk is our older kiosk. New kiosks run Nomni Kiosk on Android. If you still use a Windows kiosk, contact your account manager to plan a move to the Android kiosk. We will tell you in advance before support for the Windows kiosk ends.

This article is for venues still using the older Windows self-ordering kiosk.

Which kiosk do I have?

  • Windows kiosk: settings open with a mouse and keyboard or the Windows on-screen keyboard.

  • Nomni Kiosk on Android: the app runs on an iMin, Kiosk T-Series or Kiosk N-Series screen.

Moving to the Android kiosk

  1. Contact your account manager or Nomni Support.

  2. We confirm the hardware you need and the cost, if any.

  3. The Nomni onboarding team sets up the new kiosk with your menu.
