Quick answer: After you sign up, our onboarding team gets in touch to plan your setup. They help you set up your account, menu, devices and payments, and show your team how to use Nomni. Once you’re live, they hand you over to our Support team, who you contact from then on. How long it takes depends on your venue and the products you chose.
This article is for new Nomni customers who have just signed up for Nomni POS, Nomni Ordering, Nomni Kiosk, Nomni Procure or Nomni Loyalty.

Have your business, bank and payment details ready.
Tell us early about any delivery apps, accounting software or other systems you want to connect.
