This article will show you how to add and edit general and credit card surcharges on your POS.

General surcharges
To access General Surcharges, go to Settings > Surcharge Settings > General.
Add a general surcharge
To create a new general surcharge:
Tap Add.
2. Enter the Surcharge Name and Surcharge Rate (Percentage or Flat Rate).
3. (Optional) Enter the:
Start Date - End Date (if no date or date range is entered, the surcharge will apply at all times, in accordance with the Days of the week selected below.)
Order Type
Days of the week
4. Tap Save.
The surcharge will be added.
Delete or edit a general surcharge
General surcharges can be turned on/off using the toggle.
Tap the pencil icon on the surcharge to edit it.
Tap Delete to delete the surcharge or edit the surcharge details and tap Save.
Credit card surcharges
To access Credit Card Surcharges, go to Settings > Surcharge Settings > Credit Card.
Add a credit card surcharge
Credit card surcharges can be applied to all cards, or a specific card type, i.e. American Express or Visa.
To create a new credit card surcharge:
Tap Add.
2. Select the Credit Card Type. If you want the surcharge to apply to all cards, select All Cards.
3. Enter the Surcharge Rate (Percentage or Flat Rate).
4. (Optional) Enter the Amount Min and Amount Max. This is the minimum and/ or maximum amount that must be spent for the surcharge to apply to the order.
5. Tap Save.
The surcharge will be added.
Edit or delete a credit card surcharge
Tap the pencil icon on the surcharge you want to edit or delete.
Edit the surcharge details and tap Save, or tap Delete.
