Quick answer: Log in to the console. If you have more than one store, choose the store in the store selector. Go to Location Settings > Online Hours . Then follow the steps below.
Your online hours control when customers can order from your Nomni Ordering store, for each order type.
This guide is for the Nomni Ordering console. Your console address ends in /console, for example yourstore.orderup.com.au/console.

Before you start
Who: a console user with access to Location Settings. If you have several stores managed by head office, check whether head office manages your hours.
Device: a computer or tablet with the console open.
Change your online hours
Log in to the console. If you have more than one store, choose the store in the store selector.
Go to Location Settings > Online Hours.
In Hours Configuration, choose 1 daily session, or 2 daily sessions for separate Lunch and Dinner times.
Hours are set for each order type (for example Pickup and Delivery). For each order type and day, set the switch to Open or Closed, then set the open and close times.
Click Save (or Save & Exit).
What you should see: your online store shows open and closed at the new times.
Pre-order settings on the same page
Max days ahead: how many days ahead the pre-order calendar allows (0 to 30).
Minimum time ahead for Pre Orders and Same Day Pre Orders.
Allow Pre Orders at "Open" time: lets a pre-order be ready right when you open.
Allow Order Now orders at the "Close" time: lets an order be placed right at closing time.
Future Day Cut Off Times
In Online Hours, turn on Future Day Cut Off Times to set, for each day, how far ahead a pre order must be placed. The page warns: "If you have future day pre orders enabled and set max days ahead to 0 then customers will not be able to place a pre order for a future day."
For each day the table has:
For orders ready on: the day the order is ready.
the pre order must be placed (Calendar days before): 1 to 999 days. The default is 1.
by the time: the cut-off time. The default is 23:59.

Good to know
Your store may stop taking orders a little before closing time, because of your preparation time.
For a public holiday or one-off closure, use Holiday Settings instead of changing your normal hours.
Delivery apps such as Uber Eats and DoorDash use their own hours. Change those in the delivery app or, on Nomni POS, in your delivery menu settings.
If something goes wrong
The store shows closed when it should be open: check the day is switched on, the times are right, and there is no holiday set in Holiday Settings.
Your changes don't stick: check you chose the right store in the store selector.
