Your opening hours control when customers can place orders on your Nomni online store. You can change them yourself in Nomni Console.
Change your online store opening hours
Log in to Nomni Console at app.abacus.co.
Go to Online Ordering > Opening Hours.
Under Hours scope, choose one:
Store hours (default): one set of hours for every order type.
Custom hours per order type: separate hours for Delivery, Pick Up, Eat In and Room Service. These must sit inside your store hours.
Enter the opening and closing time for each day, and tick every day you're open, even if the hours are already filled in.
To open twice in one day (for example breakfast and dinner), click Add Hour to add another time slot. See Split Opening Hours – Setup Guide.
Click Save.
What you should see
Your online store shows the new hours and only takes orders inside them.
Good to know
If you use Nomni mobile apps, avoid split opening hours.
Uber Eats and DoorDash don't use these hours. Change those in Delivery > Delivery Menus > Edit Menu Time Settings, republish, then run a Master Sync. See How to Update Trading Hours.
If you have more than one site, make the change on the site whose hours you want to change. Changing HQ doesn't override each store's own hours.
