Items can be deleted from an order from the KDS.
Note: If all items are deleted from an order:
The order will disappear from the KDS.
The table will still remain open on the POS.
The deleted items will be struck through on the POS.
To delete an item from the KDS:
Tap the item you want to delete. In this example, the Karaage Chicken Burger will be deleted.
2. Tap DELETE.
3. Select a Delete Reason from the drop down list.
4. Tap DELETE.
The item will be struck through on:
The KDS
The POS
The invoice
