Every customer in your customer database has a checkbox for Campaign Email and Campaign SMS under the Subscriptions section of their personal details page.

These are for your reference only and do not affect any email lists or campaigns.

Both of these checkboxes are unticked by default, even if the customer agrees to marketing when they check in.

If you ever tick/untick a subscription checkbox, make sure you click the Save button at the top of the page.
