How to Refund an Order
Access Your Order History
Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top-left corner of the screen to open the menu. Then, select Order History.
Select the Order to Refund
Browse through your list of orders and tap the one you want to refund.
Initiate the Refund
On the order details page, tap the "Refund Order" button.
Choose Refund Type
Full Refund: Tap "Select All" at the top, then tap "Refund" in the top-right corner.
Partial Refund:
Select the specific items you want to refund.
If the item has multiple quantities, be sure to specify how many units you want to refund.
