Quick answer: Close the current sale. Open Nomni Store on the POS, tap your Nomni POS app, then Install latest and Install on this device, and approve it from your phone. Steps are below.
Nomni POS for Android 2.3.25 fixes refund totals on items with extras and how gift cards and vouchers are counted when you close the register. Nomni Grocery POS 2.0.1 fixes the discount button. There are no new settings to turn on.
What changed in Nomni POS for Android 2.3.25
Refund totals now match the sale. Refunding an item with taxed extras no longer counts the extra's tax twice when the item quantity is more than one.
Register close-out counts gift cards and vouchers once. Gift cards go to the gift card total and vouchers go to Voucher Sale. Other Payments now only shows the remaining payment types.
Better monitoring. Payment, online order, KDS and master-connection problems are now reported to our team automatically, so we can spot issues sooner.
What changed in Nomni Grocery POS 2.0.1
The discount button toggles. Tapping a discount a second time now turns it off instead of adding the discount again.
How to update
Close the current sale.
On the device, open Nomni Store: the Nomni Store app, or go to nomni-store.web.app in the browser.
Tap the app for your device (Nomni POS (NON-Sunmi) on iMin or Nomni POS (Sunmi), or for Grocery POS Nomni POS Grocery (NON-Sunmi) or Nomni POS Grocery ( Sunmi )), then tap Install latest at the top of the app page, or Install on the newest STABLE version under Versions.
Tap Install on this device. Scan the QR code with a phone that is signed in to Nomni Store and tap Approve.
When the download finishes, open the file and tap Update. If Android asks, turn on Install unknown apps for the browser.
Repeat on every POS device in the venue.
Open the POS and check your menu and open orders load.

Compare the refund total with the line total on the original sale.
What you should see: the two totals match.
How to check your register close-out
Close the register as normal.
On the close-out summary, check gift cards appear under the gift card total and vouchers under Voucher Sale.

A refund total still doesn't match
Check the device shows version 2.3.25.
Note the order number and the two totals.

A close-out from before the update looks wrong
Close-outs completed before the update aren't recalculated. Contact us with the date and register if you need one corrected.
