Many problems are fixed in newer versions. Update Nomni POS before trying other fixes.
How to update
On the iPad, open the App Store.
Search for Nomni POS. Older iPads may still show it as Abacus POS.
Tap the app icon to open its page.
Tap Update.
When it finishes, open Nomni POS.
What you should see: Nomni POS opens normally. If it says "no update required", you already have the latest version.
Tips
Update outside service hours.
Update every iPad, starting with the Master.
After updating, open Settings > Sync and tap MASTER SYNC on the Master.
If something goes wrong
If the update won't download, check the iPad has free storage and the latest iPadOS.
