A store can be a child site under your HQ account. Linking a store to HQ is done by Nomni, not in Nomni Console.
Link a store
Message Nomni Support or your Account Manager.
Give us the store name, the store ID and your HQ account name.
We confirm when the store is linked.
What you should see: the store listed under your HQ when you switch sites in Nomni Console.
Give a user HQ access
In the child site, open the user's User Details.
Click Promote to HQ.
Enter an admin username and password to confirm.
Set the user's Access Type for each site under User Access.
